Full-Mouth Restorative

When damage spreads across many teeth — from wear, decay, old dentistry or gum disease — patch-up fixes stop working. Full-mouth rehabilitation rebuilds your whole bite, properly, to one coordinated plan.

Full mouth restorative rehabilitation model
Overview

One plan for the whole mouth.

Full-mouth restorative dentistry (full-mouth rehabilitation) treats your mouth as one system rather than 32 separate problems. Instead of repairing teeth one at a time as they fail, we design your final result first — the bite, the smile, the tooth positions — and then sequence the treatment to get you there.

Depending on your situation, the plan may combine implants, crowns, bridges, and management of gum health, staged over months in an order that makes clinical and financial sense. Where teeth can be saved, we save them; where they can't, implants replace them. If most teeth in an arch are failing, a full-arch All-on-4 solution may be the smarter path — and we'll tell you honestly which applies.

Cases are planned by Dr Hyun Soo Yu (MSc Implantology, FICOI) with CBCT 3D imaging and digital smile design, so you see where you're headed before treatment begins.

Signs you may need more than a patch-up

  • Teeth wearing flat or chipping from grinding, erosion or a collapsed bite.
  • A cycle of breaking fillings where the same teeth keep failing.
  • Multiple missing or failing teeth affecting how you chew and what you eat.
  • Old dentistry reaching end of life crowns, bridges and fillings failing together.
  • Jaw ache, headaches or bite discomfort that dentistry hasn't resolved.
The process

Rebuilt in the right order.

01

Comprehensive assessment

Full records: CBCT 3D imaging, digital scans, photos and a health check of every tooth, your gums and your bite.

02

Master plan & smile design

Your end result is designed digitally, then broken into clear stages — each with its own cost, so nothing is open-ended.

03

Foundations first

Gum health, extractions and any implants are handled first, creating a stable base. Sedation and GA options available for surgical stages.

04

Restoration

Crowns, bridges and implant teeth are fitted stage by stage, rebuilding your bite to the designed plan.

05

Refinement & protection

The bite is fine-tuned and, where needed, a night guard protects your investment from grinding.

06

Long-term maintenance

A structured recall schedule at either location keeps everything sound for years to come.

Costs & payment

Clear pricing, flexible ways to pay.

Full-mouth cases vary widely, so pricing follows your master plan — broken into per-stage quotes you approve one at a time. Staging itself spreads the cost across your treatment journey, and interest-free plans, HICAPS claiming and early release of super* for eligible patients all apply.

Payment plans

humm & Zip — 0% interest options

Spread your treatment over manageable instalments; no-deposit options available on approved applications.

Health funds

HICAPS on-the-spot claiming

Claim your private health fund rebate instantly at either location — you only pay the gap.

Early release of super*

Eligible patients may access super for medically necessary dental treatment. We prepare the supporting documentation.

*Subject to ATO approval and eligibility criteria. A personalised, itemised quote is provided at your consultation before any treatment begins.

Common questions

Full-Mouth Restorative — answered.

How long does full-mouth rehabilitation take?
Anywhere from a few months to over a year depending on complexity — implants need healing time, and staging is deliberately unhurried. You'll have a realistic timeline from day one.
Do I have to do everything at once?
No — that's the point of staging. Urgent problems are stabilised first, and the plan progresses at a pace that suits your life and budget.
Will my teeth work — not just look — better?
Yes. Rehabilitation is engineered around function first: a comfortable, even bite that lets you chew properly. The improved appearance follows from doing that well.
What if most of my teeth can't be saved?
Then we'll say so, and compare honest options — including All-on-4 full-arch implants, which can be more predictable and economical than heroically saving failing teeth.
